Mr. Rose brought Okinawan Karate to Northborough over three decades ago, and is continuing to teach students the mental, physical, and emotional benefits of the art. Our years of service have created an authentic family atmosphere, where newcomers, experienced martial artists, and family members of students can come in and shine. We are proud to provide the community with a healthy art form that can change lives in many different ways. Our direct and personal instruction allows for everyone to receive top-of-the-line lessons in a dedicated environment.

Our doors are open Monday-Saturday for students to start training. We have post-school and evening Karate classes Monday-Friday with Saturday morning training for kids. Take a look and sign up today!
